Burnwize Chimney Sweep

Had issues in the past with other so called chimney sweeps so was looking for a reputable firm near Bournemouth who could confidently clean our four chimneys before the really cold weather sets in. Mr Barker certainly fulfilled our expectations....he was polite from the outset and very well turned out. All of his equipment was in good clean condition and spent a decent amount of time ensuring no soot could get on our newly installed carpet. I will definitely be calling on his services again. Steve stepped in very quickly, when we were let down a couple of days before by a local "high google ranking" sweep who phoned 5minutes after the appointment we had waited 3 weeks for, saying sorry had been delayed can make another appointment next week. Steve was punctual, pleasant, worked very efficiently taking all preparations to keep the room clean whilst sweeping the chimney. In addition we had inherited a wood burner in place with our recent house move and were pretty ignorant of their operation and he was so generous of his time advising us about it and drawing attention to potential problems needing attention before we were likely to be able to obtain a safety certificate. He left after two hours leaving us informed and knowing how to obtain the certificate and proceed in order to "fire-up" safely in the future. Thanks Steve, never seen my burner so clean. Quick, punctual, thorough and really tidy. Would definitely recommend.
